Creation of the new slip road and re-configuration of the road network around J21 of M62; construction of the spine road through the site; creation of Plots C, D, E, F, G & H

Phase II - 12 months from April 2007

Creation of the loop road off main spine road to access Plots I, J, K & L

Plot E construction commences

Creation of lagoon to North of Plot T

Plot E completion and first occupiers due October 2007

Phase III – April 2008 onwards

Creation of loop road to access Plots M, N, O, P, Q, R, S & T
